Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, EShopworld may offer free shipping or promotional shipping offers on selected products or orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected locations and products.

Availability of COD depends on the delivery address, product, courier service, and other operational factors.

Customers are requested to provide a correct and reachable mobile number and delivery address when placing a COD order.

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please carefully check your delivery address and phone number before placing your order.

EShopworld will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-dispatched because of incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a courier attempts delivery but the recipient is unavailable, the courier may make additional delivery attempts according to its procedures.

Please cooperate with the courier and respond to delivery calls when possible.

If an order is returned to us because of repeated delivery failure or customer refusal, any applicable re-shipping or return-related charges may be deducted or charged before a replacement or re-dispatch.

7. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

1. Take clear photographs/videos of the package.
2. Contact EShopworld as soon as possible.
3. Do not dispose of the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

For product damage claims, photographic or video evidence may be requested.

8. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details supplied with your order.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier.

9. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

EShopworld is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking delayed shipments.

10. Order Refusal and RTO

We request customers not to refuse delivery after placing an order unless there is a genuine issue with the shipment.

Repeated COD order refusals or failure to accept orders may affect the availability of COD for future purchases.
